Editing or adding of Priority types

I want the ability to edit Priority Types. There are decent built-in ones like Urgent, High priority, etc. But I sort tickets by these and want the ability to edit names and or add additional ones.

I’m actually surprised this isn’t available. This is something I’d like to have as well.
