I enabled sms notifications for Ticket - Created. This sends me an sms whenever a new ticket is created as expected. I don’t know if its possible since I haven’t been able to find it anywhere, but can we modify that message?
Since the length is limited, I’d prefer to have more meaningful information sent. Ticket number for example on a new ticket isn’t really relevant for me as its not actionable in any way. I’d rather be able to see more of the Initial Issue.
