Display Garbled when connected remotely with Splashtop or Background Remote - Looks fine on-site

Hi Erik, on the Splashtop Streamer located on the local asset you will find some screen capturing options. Give each one of these a go and see if you notice any improvement.

No improvement. Not quite sure what to do at this point. I tried the different options available.

Since it’s the session itself, we don’t have much control over the application at that point.
