Customize "Ticket Created" Email

Can we customize the email that comes from Syncro notifying US that a Ticket has been created? (I am not referring to the email that gets sent to the customer)

Hello! This would be a feature request. I will go ahead and move this to the feature request board for you.

Though it’s not quite what you’re looking for, you can change Ticket Comment email subjects under Admin > Ticket Preferences > Additional Settings if it’s helpful.

Yes, plus there are other emails that aren’t customizable. Make them all this way, please!
