Please consider making it possible to customize the language settings for the customer portal and system tray. This would be a fantastic feature to have when you are dealing with customers that speak different languages.
Being in Canada, we have 2 official languages. Some of our customers speak English, some French. We have customized our templates to include French language, but if we could customize their portals to reflect the language they speak, rather than defaulting to English, it would be amazing.
