Customise Notification Content (Email/Slack/Teams etc)

I’d like the ability to customise the content of the notifications that get sent out. For example, I have mine linked to Slack at the moment, and I’d really like to streamline the content of the notification so that it’s just “Syncro: New reply on ticket XXXXX”. It would be good if you could pick and choose what information is in the notifications, as not everything is relevant to me.

I’m currently testing notifications with Slack and Teams, and here is an example of what the notification looks like in each one. As you can see, it’s not the most legible and could do with a lot of cleaning up.
