Ticket numbers mean nothing to our technicians. Our technicians have tons of Syncro ticket tabs open at any given time. Being able to see the customer name on the tab would be a HUGE QoL change.

Thanks for raising this today in our Fireside Chat. I was speaking to the team earlier today about this one. We all like it, and I agree ticket number is worthless for reference purposes.

Love the change so far. What do you think about adding a similar change to the ticket list page with the “Saved Search” name in the tab? I guess this would work for the Asset Search page as well.
