Customer Custom Fields vs Different CRM

How many of you are building out Syncro’s customer section via custom fields vs finding a different CRM? Simple things like hours of operation for a client seem to be completely missing.

We’ve been crushing our customization and expansion via custom fields. Automations, license keys for script runs (versus manual configuration), and canonical IDs to link customers and other entities seamlessly with other systems is great. Very reminiscent of Dynamics 365 custom modules/solutions without all the hassle.
