(Critical security request) Restrict RMM access by IP address

When we first started with Syncro we were told we would be able to restrict login the the system for all users. Right now we can only do that for techs and not admins. This is a major security issue that I know has been bought up multiple times but still has not happened. Anyone else think this is way overdue?

Apart from that, we are loving Syncro, keep it up :slight_smile:

Unfortunately there has been no response to my request for an update on “the investigation” that has been running since at least Feburary.
