Copy non Syncro users automatically when a new ticket is created

We have an accounts manager who is not a Syncro technician. Can we have new tickets copied to their email automatically for all clients?

You can BCC all invoices but not tickets. There are two ways around this I can think of…

Edit the customer, add the accounts email to the following. Note this will be all ticket notifications, not just created.

Two, and probably the easier option, would be go to into Admin > Notification Center. Here you can specify an outside email address for notifications to go to. In this notification set, you can turn on ‘Ticket Created’ and it will notify that email any time a ticket is created.
