Contact ticket list

It would be great if we could see the tickets that a contact is assigned to. Also great for the client to see via a report which staff members are making requests.
Sometimes a client will call to get an update to a ticket. If that client has a bunch of open tickets it is very difficult to find the one they are looking for an update on.
If we could see tickets that contacts are assigned to it would make this much easier.
