Client portal tickets not showing user only company

When our client is in the portal they would like to see what staff member opened the ticket, but it displays as the default “COMPANY” contact and not the contact that opened the ticket. When we look for the contact it is there, but we have the full management capability.

This would be a feature request. As of now, the Customer Portal views only change with access levels.

@canden.hicks Please advise if this request will ever be added.

A customer asked me why they cant see who created a ticket in the portal, or it will say check-in for comments. Unless the user has an email signature, there is no way of knowing who the requester is within the portal.

Please fix this; it’s a bug, not a feature request.
