Received a complaint from clients that we never respond to chat (when initiated from tray icon). Come to find out, chat stopped functioning some time back. A help ticket was submitted last week, but nothing yet.
Is this happening with all clients or just one specific client?
All clients, windows and Mac.
I’d open a support ticket if you haven’t already. We don’t have any known issues with chat currently, so we’d definitely want to investigate that.
