Chat Sluggish / UI Sluggish

My support task was replied to days ago saying they tested on one device and it was “performing as expected”. Asked me to link one of my problem devices…which I did…but…it’s any/all of them and the chat was already archived by that point.

No update since.

@canden.hicks Has there been any update on this yet? Within just the last 10 minutes I had a chat type of event happen that seems to happen every few days. A new chat will come in and we get no notification in teams from the web event that normally happens. I keep seeing posts about new features and all this stuff, but there is critical functionality that is frustrating to try and depend on
