Chat Feature - Audible notification of New Chat

Hello,

When a new Chat is started by a customer I would like to not only see the notification but HEAR an audible notification. Busy technicians need this audible notification so that customers are not waiting way too long or chats are missed entirely. Alternatively an HTML5 separate screen or module may be helpful so that when technicians log in they also get a Chat panel that they monitor for inbound chats and Audible alerts when new chats are started by customers.

A workaround in the meantime is to close the chat tab. This will popup a notification in Syncro and if they have the mobile app, it will ding the phone.
