Changing Policy but not changing AV

I am cleaning up my policies and want to know if I switch from one policy to another where both have the same AV ( in this case Bitdefender) will the switch cause an uninstall and reinstall of the AV. BD is finicky when installing and I want to avoid the hassle of manually installing if I can when it screws up.


No it won’t. It would only matter when one policy differs from the other in some way.
