Being able to quickly differentiate between a ticket status with a quick glance at a color would help keep track of tickets when there are a lot of tickets in tabs.
We also use “Priority” for tickets and it would be great if we custom color both the priority and the Status columns to know what state the ticket is in at a glance. When you are beyond 10 tickets it looks like a bland mess.
I’m not sure why this topic isn’t more highly sought after. I had this feature with Kaseya BMS and it a huge help! @totalcomputerservice you’re right about it turning into a bland mess. Can’t tell the difference between what tickets are what.
