Change Notification Emails

I can’t seem to find it and I’m wondering if I’m looking in the right place.

We’re set up to have emails come to our inboxes when a ticket is created, however the email title comes in as “ticket has been created” we are looking to change that to “XXX - ticket has been created” where XXX is the customer name so that we can create folders to easily sort stuff and create other rules around that. I have looked in ticket templates, I have looked in notification templates, all I see is the emails that go out to customers. Where can I modify templates for internal emails?
