Cached Ticket Subjects missing

Greetings, I noticed my recurring standard ticket subject entries no longer populate (with a pulldown) after typing a few characters of a common subject line. I was wondering if this was a recent change to reduce overhead within the system? If so, is it something that can be toggled back on by user?

Hi @ethan, I just checked with the team and was told nothing specific was done but obviously something is up if you’re seeing different functions than before.
