Bulk Merge

We would love to have a bulk merge option.

We have several offices with more than 3 or 5 servers. When the internet goes down we get tickets for firewall, UPS, all five servers adding up to 7 tickets or so.

It would be sweet to be able to have a bulk merge…

Maybe a better screen with all sites open tickets on the left with a multi-select (CTRL CLICK type dealy) Select the master ticket on the right and say Merge it!

Ability to Merge Multiple Tickets at Once

I would like the ability to select and merge more than one ticket. Often we can have an outage or something similar where we get multiple tickets on the same issue, and create a master ticket for tracking. Right now if you multi-select via the checkboxes on the ticket page the “bulk actions” does not allow you to merge them all. We have to go into each ticket and merge it with the master 1x1 which is super time consuming.

I love this request also. I’ve wanted to see this one for a while. Nothing more annoying that a global event at a large customer and getting 20 of the same ticket :(.
