I would love to be able to have another option for a ticket comment to be able to broadcast to the assets as well as email.
This would be fantastic for when we are done with a remote session.
Perhaps have a link to the ticket or reply from the broadcast.
If the option to reply is available make it so if the ticket is closed to have a checkbox to open ticket if closed.
That way a customer can say thinks without re-opening the ticket.
