Block email addresses from CC

Our phone provider sends voicemails to the helpdesk using voicemail@someispsomewhere.com that we have to manually remove from the ticket’s CC after processing it through from leads. Is there a way that we can block this address from the ticket CC or automate it’s removal?

I thought about creating a fake client with the address and set it to no email, but would that work across all client ticket (even in the CC field)? shrug
