I have several syncro backups that have failed every day for the past week. The error message on all of them says that the device is offline, however I have not only verified through the asset that it was online, but also through our Connnectwise Control installs.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
Hi Mike! There are a few things you’ll want to check on this one.
- Ensure the device is in sync with its internet time-zone
- Ensure the user-profile
Timezone is selected correctly.
- Check the Protected Item configuration for simultaneous schedules.
- Check the Protected Item backup-schedule ‘Time’ dialogue for multiple simultaneous start times.
For the last two items, you’ll want to make sure you’re not running the same job at the same time more than once if you have more than one time or schedule.
I appreciate your response, however I have checked what you have recommended and nothing is out of place. Also, this did not start happening until this past week or so. They have all been working great until recently.
