Syncro System Status:

Backgrounding Tools (AKA Syncro Live) "Remote Host Not Found" error

Occasionally you may get a "Remote Host Not Found" error in Syncro Live on assets that appear online when looking at the overview, and a thumbnail/screenshot of the desktop is available. When this happens, you can run the below small script on the end-point to restart the Syncro Service.

Restart-Service -Name SyncroLive -Force

Sometimes this helps and you will notice a difference.
