Auto-link ticket number references in comments

It would be great if the Syncro system could auto-identify comments that contain references to existing system tickets, and hyperlink to them.

For example, we often have comments in the system like “Customer previously raised this in #1234” or “Original config done in #1235”. Actually opening those ticket references in Syncro at the moment requires manually searching for the specified ticket number, which is a lot slower than opening a link.
