Auto add charged ticket time - sum by ticket?

If I have a ticket with multiple labor entries, is there a setting to sum into a single line item?

Not currently there isn’t. You could uncharge the time, and then add a new labor entry with a summary if you needed to. I’ve seen this requested, but seems it would be hard to have everything link up properly after merging many into one, then if you delete the invoice, it has to undo those links to show that those items are pending charges again.

After using Syncro to invoice for the first time last month, a couple clients had a fit because they had to enter each ticket time line item into their system. I have to manually aggregate. So how can I mark the tickets as invoiced and remove them from the invoice? This is negating the whole idea of automated invoicing. Freshbooks did this for me nicely,
