Assets shown as Online but background tools says "Host Not Found"

We added 6 new assets for a new client 2 days ago and all was fine. However, a day after deploying Syncro, two of the assets shows up as Online and we can see the desktop screen thumbnail but clicking the “background tool” and jumping to the “Syncro Live” dashboard indicate that the host is not found.
We mostly use the Syncro Live for the built in remote access tool. While typing this we adjusted the policy to have Splashtop deployed so we can test if we can access remotely the targeted devices.

Meanwhile, any idea what could be the reason?

Could be two different reasons:

  1. Check that the currently install AV and Firewall isnt blocking Syncro from getting out.
  2. Make sure there are no policy settings keeping it from starting up.
