Is there a way to gather Customer info while installing the RMM installer?
We email our customers a link to download and install the Syncro installer. We would like the installer to ask questions like… Name & Location, even better if the installer assigned the asset and created the contact.

No there’s not, but I like the idea, should put it in as a feature request. Basically custom forms for the installer.
You can create a Batch script that runs as user and has:
start msedge "https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx?lang=en-US&origin=OfficeDotCom&route=Start#FormId=687KmH_...."
then set the URL to a Microsoft Forms or Survey Monkey form and add it to your set up script list.
Or reverse the process, send them a link to a form and after they complete the form it presents them with the download link.
