I need an additional form field for the users name added to the Asset New Ticket Form. This is the form the user is sent to when they click on the Syncro Tray icon and select Customer Online Portal. (https://*******.syncromsp.com/my_profile/v2/asset_new_ticket_form)
We have users submit tickets with this form and we don’t know who the user is because they float between computers. For our clients that have dedicated computers it easy to track down.
