when I try to view a ticket for the last day, I can see the thumbnail in the ticket, but when I click on it I get this:
Quick test here and attachments are working for us.
Working for me as well in my system, are other attachments viewable, and are any other users having the same issue if you have any? Also, what format is the attachment in? Might try logging all the way out then back in.
Its running now but wasn’t for a couple of days
I haven’t opened any attachments in the last few days to check but if that does come back just let us know.
