When using the app on my iPhone, I get notifications from the app when a ticket has been updated by the customer or a ticket is created, but when I tap the notification it doesn’t take me to the ticket in question. Is that by design or is something wrong with my app?
Seems potentially like a bug. Can you open a ticket please?
I can do that… it seems like it’s only when a ticket reply comes in. If it’s a new ticket, it seems to work ok I think.

LOL… Yes I use the mobile app. I’m on the road a lot and would be great if I didn’t have to search though all the tickets to see who responded to a ticket.
Yeah it should definitely be going to the right ticket.
