Anyway to force Bitdefender Install on Mac?

Running into impossibility to get bitdefender to install once malwarebytes activated. Even after deactivating MB, AND using special uninstall script entirely haha.

Anyway to simply force install and linkage to be managed proper in PSA system?

Try making a small change to the policy such as changing the device language. It should force a policy resync and kick it off.
