Why can’t we edit ticket communications?? If I make a mistake in my ticket communications, or need to change it, I must delete my old communication. If I need to edit an older communication, this will cause my communications to be out of order.
edit You can literally edit this form, but not communications within a ticket. Why?

This is definitely needed, and there need to be a couple of permissions in the admin section to go with it:
- Allow tech to edit their own comments (suitable for normal techs)
- Allow tech to edit other techs comments (suitable for tech admins and billing admins, etc.)
