I would love to see the ability to have some more control over the information in the agent contact form. I would like to be able to create a policy for somone on the admin side of the client to request a new employee be setup. It would be a form that they could fill out with all of the employee information, name, phone, desk phone ext, computer, permission, etc. So that way when we go to setup the employee we have it all docuemented as the client would like. Right now the form is just to basic without the option to add any fields. Am i missing something?
