I would love it if the ticket export had the time per ticket. Clearly, the data is there on the backend somewhere. I see that start and end date, but no ticketed time. This would allow me to create custom reports in excel which I can create metrics for internal use as well as to use during client review meetings. As it stands now, I have to export the “ticket export” and “Ticket Time Entry” and then create pivot tables to sum the times and references back and forth between the two excel sheets. Very clunky.
