Add the ability to add subscriber(s) to a ticket.
I really like the subscribe option for the tickets. But more often than not, I want to subscribe someone to a ticket, not the other way around.
This creates an extra step where the tech has to ping me via teams or some other form of communication.
Many times, I’m working on a ticket and I want another one of my techs to be in the loop. Right now I have to change that tech to be the main person assigned to the ticket and then I subscribe. This is a decent work around, but will really cause an issue with ticket metrics.
