Add device online status for the customer portal

I have a customer that cannot tell if the device is online or not so he keeps trying to connect to a machine and it fails. I shadowed him so I could see the portal as well and it is surprising that all you see is the machine name the service tag and the remote button. No one cares if it is a syncro device so that field is useless for them. They should however have a way to see if the computer is online and checking in before contacting us letting us know the portal is not working.
