Use case: When a new ticket is created, I want to see if the person submitting the ticket is approved to make the requested change. I would like this see this information reflected within the ticket itself.
I have only been able to display this information on the customer’s tab, which is an additional place to go and slows down the process.
Adding a note to the contact does not show up within the ticket either. I have also tried as a job title, but that gets cut off and looks silly.
I also tried Contact custom fields, but that also does not show up within a ticket for the contact.
Does anyone have any ideas?
