Ad Hoc Time Entry


Feature request for adding an Ad Hoc Time Entry for a client when there’s not ticket for that job. Like if you’re onsite and a client asks you to do something and you just go do but don’t make a ticket. I know you can do an invoice charge but I bill monthly and to remember to add that in would be a pain so just was curious.

I just made a new ticket and then resolve it. just was looking for a quicker process on any of those ad hoc work things we all do


Great idea. Now we sit and wait for someone to actually take it into consideration, sadly. All great ideas age like fine wine here.
